Services: Our cleaning lady will be cleaning the villa on arrival day and midweek, for those staying for 7 nights. For longer stays, cleaning is offered twice weekly. We will take into account your preferred time of the day for the service, to be discussed upon arrival.

*On arrival you will find a basic pack with tea, coffee, sugar, fruit, orange juice, biscuits and cooking olive oil. If you would like to create your own pack with added items, please send us your requirements and we will provide you with a price.

General Info

Booking

The entire villa can be booked by just one guest, family or two friends-families or relatives, but only in one booking. In other words, if there were more than 5 of you, you will have the whole house. In case you were 4 people, you won't need the lower floor, but we don't welcome strangers at the same time as you. It is a villa and depending on the number of guests we give one or both rooms. The houses can be rented together, 9 people in 2 friendly families or couples.

Parties

Parties & large gatherings (weddings, birthday party with people other than those residing in) are not allowed.

Smoking

Smoking is only allowed outside.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Check-in

“The House by the Sea” is available from 2pm on the day of arrival.

Check out

Guests are required to check out at 10 am on the day of departure, although there could be some flexibility whenever possible. This will depend on each individual case and other bookings.

Flights & luggage

If we are notified in advance we will try to accommodate guests with difficult flight times. Luggage storage is not a problem.

Mobility

Unfortunately this villa is not yet suitable for people with mobility problems.
