The spectacular beach is called “Golden beach”.
It’s conveniently located if you want to be close to town without being in it. It’s a safe option for all ages as the beach is safer than most beaches on the northwest coast.
The beach is a sandy cove with clear water, well organised, with canteens on the beach as well as facilities for swimming and sunbathing (sun beds, umbrellas, sea sports etc).
There are beach volleyball facilities, body surfing with an instructor and windsurfing is available when weather condition allow for it.
During the summer season a lifeguard is on duty.
