The sitting room

The lovely sitting room has a large bay window to take advantage of the sandy beach and sea view. The entrance leads to the dining room and living room, equipped with a fireplace, which adds an antique touch to the otherwise modernized house.

The Sitting / Dining Room is attractive, bright and spacious with a large bay window, offering stunning views out to the sea/garden/ countryside/ Chania town, with two sitting areas, fireplace and the dining area. (It also features a double sofa-bed. TV and CD/radio). A classic cosy dining room with eight comfortable dining table chairs.

Thick stone walls provide an authentic backdrop whilst keeping the house cool during the warm summer months.

Bedrooms & Kitchen

Three bedrooms offer plenty of light and an airy atmosphere with most of the rooms boasting views of the sea and the garden. Interiors are large, light and spacious with furnishings displaying a mixture of traditional Greek and modern facilities. Every bedroom has independent air conditioning and windows with a view to the sea and mountains. One bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and mirror. The other has two single beds, wardrobe, bedside tables and mirror and the last of three has a single bed, bedside table and mirror.

The placement of the kitchen is unique as it has a spectacular view of the garden and beach from its large bay window.

It is fully equipped, modern with plenty of natural light with all appliances for a comfortable stay (Liebherr refrigerator, AEG electric oven and ceramic hob, espresso and filter coffee makers, toaster, juicer, mixer, Bosh dishwasher and microwave.

The bathroom is bright with natural light entering from a large window. It features a shower, hairdrier, toiletries and a washing machine

The verandas

Unique location with a spectacular view to the sea, the mountains and Chania town.

There are two verandas, both with an amazing view overlooking the sea.

The front is a sun lounge area – yacht style wooden deck – overlooks the beautiful sandy beach and the town of Chania, the ideal place to enjoy warm summer afternoons.

The back veranda is ideal to enjoy your breakfast with plenty of shade
